Our purpose

Qwello Deutschland plans, finances, builds, and operates public and semi-public charging infrastructure.

Our goal is simple: charging should feel as natural as parking. To achieve that, we combine our experience in planning, building, and operating charging infrastructure with in-depth knowledge of the German market and an understanding of the differing needs of our customers, sites, and users.

 

The Power of a Pan-European Company

Qwello Germany is part of the Qwello Group, a pan-European full-service provider for the planning, financing, construction and operation of public charging infrastructure. With over 17,000 charging points across nine countries, the Group combines operational experience with financial strength.

A key part of our strength lies in our in-house development: Qwello builds core components of its charging infrastructure and software itself, closely integrating technology, operations and customer service. This means insights from day-to-day operations feed directly into the ongoing development of our products.

At the heart of everything is the person using our charging infrastructure. Charging should be simple, reliable and convenient – consistently shaped around the needs of our partners, sites and users.

For our partners in Germany, this means the strength of a pan-European group combined with proprietary technology and a commitment to the long-term development of charging infrastructure.

Meet the Team

Our strength lies in the interplay of our technical, operational and customer-focused capabilities. Qwello continuously develops its own charging infrastructure and software, with close collaboration between our engineering, operations, project management, customer service and sales teams. Insights from day-to-day operations, along with feedback from partners and users, feed directly into the development of our hardware, software and services — allowing us to refine our charging solutions in practice and tailor them to different locations and usage needs.

This close integration of development, operations and customer service enables us to keep a large share of value creation within Qwello and to continuously evolve our solutions ourselves.
